Viking Embroidery

Recently I completed some cute Viking characters for Ashlea to embroider at Bunnycup. I was watching a Disney film called "Tangled" for inspiration. Most people with children of a certain must have seen it! It's based on the Rapunzel fairy tale and there's a really fun scene in it where she is at a rough 'n' tough inn full of viking style characters. Of course, it being a Disney film (and not Game of Thrones) she charms them with a song. Hopefully you'll find these little dudes charming too. These are some of my favourite designs!

Yesterday I watched another animation called "How to Train Your Dragon" and that was FULL of Viking characters! Shame I didn't watch that whilst I was doing these drawings.

Christmas Village Applique

Over at Bunnycup Embroidery Ashlea has just stitched out some of my Christmas village drawings. She's transformed them into some really cute applique designs. I hope all machine embroidery users out there will find a lot of fun in using these in their Christmas projects.

Karate kids embroidery designs

Here are three of twelve little illustrations I've just finished for Ashlea at Bunnycup Embroidery. They are karate kids. Ashlea will eventually stitch them out using her amazing skills on her digitzed embroidery machine and make them available to download for other embroidery hobbyists to use in their projects.

Machine Embroidery: Tween designs

I was asked to do some mini machine embroidery design for Ashlea at Bunnycup. I made them a bit gothy, but as cute as I could! It's the sort of thing I liked when I was eleven years old. They are little, only 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches, but if you are a machine embroidery enthusiast, you can get larger applique versions of these designs to use for your craft projects too.

Pixies at Christmas

Ashlea at Bunnycup Embroidery has been super busy stitching out various doodles I've sent her for her Christmas rush. I drew a set of 12 'Christmas Pixies' and here are just 4 all stitched out. If you have an embroidery machine these would might look cute on stockings or as a fun festive way to spruce up an item of clothing for your own little pixie in the family.

Embroidery Mermaids

The mermaid designs at Bunnycup are now ready! There are 11 in the range and they're looking pretty and sweet! I love the aqua colours Ashlea chose when she stitched out the illustrations. I think my niece would love one stitched on a bathrobe once she gets a little bit older.
