Waitress

Waitress Digital Painting I haven't painted digitally for a while and I've got a few sketches of characters that I've been wanting to develop, so here is the first. She's a waitress. I've been fishing around for a lot of different textures... Woods, marble and felt to use in this. It has no purpose. It's just personal development work.

Textures are great! I especially like the wooden hair.

Hi Madame B.
Have you painted all those textures by hand (digitally)? Wow! The piece looks great- really like the floor!

Ha ha! I wish Pea! They're just photos I've taken of architectural type elements. I used scanned felt, marble, wood (a fence and a desk) and those little tiles.

Well it looks *ace* anyway and I can't tell they're scanned in textures (not that there's anything wrong with that!)
